75-Ton Natural Gas Remelting Furnace:
Efficient and environmentally friendly melting system with a 75-ton capacity. Used for recycling and refining aluminium ingots, ensuring consistent alloy quality and energy-saving performance.

Reversible Hot Rolling Mill (Φ965/Φ1530 × 2400 mm):
Heavy-duty rolling mill for high-strength alloy plates and bars. Enables precise thickness control and excellent surface quality through multi-pass hot rolling.

CVC Cold Rolling Mill (2600 mm, 6-Rollers):
Advanced six-roller cold mill equipped with CVC (Continuously Variable Crown) technology for superior flatness and thickness accuracy up to 2600 mm width. Ideal for automotive, aerospace, and precision engineering materials.

60-Ton Aging Furnace:
Precision heat-treatment furnace used to strengthen aluminium alloys. Provides uniform temperature control to ensure stable mechanical properties and consistent product performance.

High-Speed Tension & Trimming Line (2300 mm):
High-efficiency processing line for edge trimming and surface finishing of rolled coils. Maintains perfect tension and flatness for coils up to 2300 mm wide.

Precision Saw (2800 mm Width, 1–200 mm Thickness):
High-accuracy cutting system designed for large aluminium plates and blocks. Delivers smooth, clean cuts with tight dimensional tolerance.

Cut to Length Line:
The plant is assmbled with 2200mm width cut-to length line,which can cut the 0.5~12mm thickness coil into sheet.the several stands rolling leveler can level the sheet in very good flatness at the same time.
CTL
Slitting Line:
In some case, the customer will requre for narrow width coil to save the cost, our 2000mm width slitting line can further slit the master coil into 50mm~1000mm width narrow coil,the slitting line is assmbled with auto kinfe system to make sure the strict size tolerance.
